Primrose Hill playground
Located at the bottom of Primrose Hill and just north of The Regent’s Park, Primrose Hill playground features a giant scramble net playground and a musical floor, as well as all the traditional favourites, such as swings and a sandpit.
Key information
The improved playground features a central ‘beach’ area, with a new water play feature that is wheelchair-accessible, and a large new sandpit with a raised table to ensure that children of all abilities can play together. The sandpit also benefits from shade and seating. Natural play features are incorporated into the beach area, and these include tree logs, boulders, and a wobbly bridge.
Popular features such as climbing nets and swings have been retained. We've also installed a new roundabout.
Native plants and trees have been planted at the edge of the playground, improving the biodiversity of the space, and providing the opportunity for children to connect with nature.
