Greenwich Park Revealed has community at its heart. The project will offer opportunities for everyone in the local community to engage with, enjoy and learn about the park’s nature and heritage, as well as opportunities to volunteer and learn new skills

Community investment

We are investing in better accessibility across the park, developing and delivering training and volunteering opportunities for a growing and diverse local community – as well as a free programme of community events.

New parkland will be opened up to the community to provide a café and garden, toilets and volunteering hub. A new eco-friendly learning centre will link learning to the outdoors, sharing the importance of engaging in the natural environment which has been shown to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
